Moxie 2 Pro is not recognizing the gun or accessories.

Hello all right someone could help me I bought the Moxie 2 Pro for 2 days and until then it does not recognize the weapons, accessories or if I am standing, crouching or lying down I am using the latest version but still does not work someone could help me solve or if there is another method that can make him recognize the weapons I use an S24 to play PUBG.
