Pubg mobile global give ban!!!

Hello, I’m using the Moxie 2 Pro and recently my PUBG Mobile account got frozen with the message “unauthorized peripheral detected.” Could you please check or release a firmware/update to fix this detection issue? I’m only using Moxie 2 Pro normally for gaming, not for cheating or modification. Thank you for your help!
