Banned!!

Hello, I received a 1-day ban for “universal device usage” after updating to versions 2.9.18 and 2.9.19. I am using a keyboard and mouse through a universal input device and have not used any cheats, or third-party software. This seems to be a false detection after the recent updates. I would appreciate clarification. Thank you.
